Quoter FKey was uploaded to my TeleFinder BBS by one of my users and I quickly replaced the Quoter DA with the FKey version. Here's the author's description: Quote FKEY sole purpose is to quote text other users have written. For example, when you are reading messages from a local bulletin board system, and you want to include a portion of the other user's message, you would use this FKEY. Why not just copy the text as usual and paste? Well, most BBS and other message systems do not allow you to enter in lines equal to 80 characters, but when you read the messages they usually use 80 character lines. My FKEY neatly transforms copied text so they will fit within those shorter spaces.
